Hole in One 17th – David Grassham

Congratulations and well played to member David Grassham, who after 21+ years of trying finally achieved a hole in one on our 17th in the rabbits/tigers stableford. David informs me he hit a well struck 7-iron with a slight draw using a Kirkland (Costco) ball, one bounce and it never deviated from its path rolling straight into the hole, witnessed by playing partners Alan Pye, Terry Rowley and Jack Battye. Great golf shot David, here’s to the next one! This is the clubs first hole in one of the new season and the achievement will be recorded on the honours board in the 19th later in the year.
