Congratulations and well played Richard Godson, who not only achieved a hole in one on our 7th hole from the yellow tee ( 205 yards) in a social round of golf on Monday 12th April, he against all odds repeated the feat in yesterday’s Captain’s Charity Stableford, this time from the white tee (213 yards). Richard informs me he used a mini driver from the yellow tee and driver from the white tee to record his third ace during his golfing journey, the first some 30 years ago on our 14th hole. Richard wins a Boss watch for his achievement yesterday and recognition on our Hole in One Honours Board in the 19th bar.
