To prove that age is no barrier in this great game of ours, congratulations to our Rabbits stalwart Ron Blackburn who, at the tender age of 85, won the ‘over 80’s’ competition played in testing conditions at Moortown Golf Club on Monday, scoring an exceptional 41 points from a playing handicap of 24. Well played Ron, you are a credit to PDGC and the Rabbits Section.
