The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 24th March 2021 at Moortown Golf Club commencing at 8:00 pm. The Election of Officers and Executive Members to serve from the 24th March 2021 will be included on the Agenda. click here to view the Nomination form which I would ask you to place on your Notice Boards and circulate to members for their attention. We welcome nominations from prospective new Officers or Executive members and would ask that the form be returned to me by the 28th February so that the formal notice of the meeting and Agenda can be circulated with the names of all candidates standing for election at the meeting. I will be more than happy to meet and discuss any of the roles with potential candidates prior to them putting their name on the nomination sheet if required. Unfortunately as last year the Government restrictions relating to the Covid lockdowns are likely to result in changes to our desire to gather at Moortown on the 24th March. When the Nomination forms are returned we will be better informed and able to issue a notice of the meeting arrangements.
