The scratch team played away at Moortown last Monday with a team of Corey Harrison, Tom Hough and Jason Newton. Corey, making his debut, got off to a bad start but rallied back to fall to an unlucky half after winning 17 to be dormie 1up. Tom Hough had a tight game but a string of putting errors eventually cost him and lost 3&1. Jason was last out and had an up and down game but emerging the winner on the last 1up. A tough contest that could easily have gone either way in all 3 games, but a 3-3 draw away from home is never a bad result. Tonight ( Monday 3rd) we are away at top of the league Horsforth.
